General Terms
1. Delivery Time
Fiverr, eBay, Freelance Platforms, and Other Marketplace Sellers:
liftmeeup.com does not guarantee exact delivery times for any service. We provide estimated delivery times, but these are only approximations.
liftmeeup.com will not be responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or bans due to late delivery.
If you require time-sensitive results, you must use liftmeeup.com at your own risk.
2. Check Service Speed Before Ordering
Always check the Service Average Time on the service page.
Do not ask us to speed up a slow service after placing an order.
3. Wrong Link or Incorrect Order
Our system is fully automatic.
After placing an order, we cannot edit, change, or cancel it — even if the link is incorrect.
If you enter a wrong link or different link format than the example provided, the order may:
Fail to deliver
Automatically mark as completed
Become ineligible for refill or refund
No refund will be issued for wrong link orders.
4. Changes After Order
If you delete/change username, make your page private, or modify the URL after placing or completing an order, we cannot refill, cancel, or refund.
5. Avoid Placing Multiple Orders on Same Link
Do not place multiple orders for the same post/profile at the same time.
Wait until the previous order is Completed / Canceled / Partial before placing a new order.
Otherwise, the system may deliver the wrong amount, and we cannot refund or fix it.
6. Start Count Policy
The system checks the start count at the time of ordering and marks the order as completed after the required quantity is delivered.
Do not request cancellation or refund if real users, fans, or other providers increase your count.
7. Guarantee Policy
We only guarantee the followers/likes/views that we deliver.
We do not guarantee your existing or organic counts.
Example:
Start Count: 500
Order: 1000
We only guarantee the 1000 delivered by us — not 1500 total.
8. Drop and Refill Policy
If an order drops or fails due to server issues but the system marks it completed, please wait for refill, cancellation, or partial before placing a new order.
If you place a new order before resolution, the issue cannot be solved.
If your count drops below the start count, we cannot refill or refund.
Drip Feed Orders:
No refill guarantee applies because drip feed depends on service speed.
Partial Orders:
Any order marked as Partial is not eligible for refill, even if the service has a refill guarantee.
